Filling
  1. Combine peaches, cornstarch, and sugar.
  2. Place in greased 9-x13-inch baking dish.
Crust
  1. Combine flour, egg yolks, butter, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Gently fold in egg whites. Spread over peaches.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until fruit is bubbling around edges and top is golden.
