Instructions
  1. Add olives, walnuts, dates or figs, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey to the food processor and pulse to a minced texture, do not purée. Remove to a bowl and stir in the orange zest, capers, and thyme.
  2. Serve with warm pita or French bread. Makes 2 cups.
