Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked elbow macaroni
- 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 oz cottage cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and place in a baking dish.
- Cover top with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake 30–35 minutes at 350 degrees. OPTIONAL: A can of Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies may be added, if desired.
