Old-Fashioned Brown Sugar Fudge
  1. Combine sugars and milk and cook to 234 degrees (soft ball stage), stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat and add butter.
  3. Cool to 110 degrees or until bottom of the pan feels warm.
  4. Add nuts and vanilla and beat until thick and creamy.
  5. Pour into buttered 8-x8-inch pan. Cool and cut into squares.
