- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
- Combine sugars and milk and cook to 234 degrees (soft ball stage), stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and add butter.
- Cool to 110 degrees or until bottom of the pan feels warm.
- Add nuts and vanilla and beat until thick and creamy.
- Pour into buttered 8-x8-inch pan. Cool and cut into squares.
