Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pork sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can Mexicorn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 egg beaten
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- Milk to cover

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown sausage and onion; drain. Combine onion, Mexicorn, cream-style corn, egg, salt, and pepper; add crumbs to thicken.
- Cover with milk.
- Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake for 30–45 minutes.
