Ingredients
Meat Loaves
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1-1/2 lbs ground beef
Topping
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp prepared mustard

Instructions
Meat Loaves
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except beef and mix well. Add beef and mix lightly but thoroughly. Place 1/3 cup of the mixture into each ungreased cup of a 12-cup muffin tin, pressing lightly.
Topping
- In a bowl, mix topping ingredients together. Spoon topping over meat loaves in muffin tin. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 165 degrees.
