Ingredients
- 4 lbs ground beef pork, or venison
- 8 lbs apples ground up
- 3 lbs raisins cooked
- 2 lbs currants cooked
- 2 lbs brown sugar
- 1 lb ground suet
- 1 qt molasses
- 1-1/2 qts white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp allspice
- 1 Tbsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp cloves
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 3 qts beef pork, or venison broth

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Makes about 10 quarts or 60 servings.
