Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, sugar, cocoa, oil, salt, and vanilla until fully combined.
  2. Pour into a 12 oz. mug or 3 short wide mouth jelly jars and top with chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave on high power for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, depending on how gooey you like your cake.
  4. Carefully remove from microwave and let cool, slightly.
  5. Top with whipped cream and serve.
