Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 oz dark chocolate chips
- Whipped cream

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, sugar, cocoa, oil, salt, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Pour into a 12 oz. mug or 3 short wide mouth jelly jars and top with chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high power for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, depending on how gooey you like your cake.
- Carefully remove from microwave and let cool, slightly.
- Top with whipped cream and serve.
