Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 6 oz pkg stuffing mix
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Combine water, butter, stuffing mix, and ground beef.
- Place 1/3 cup of mixture into each of the 12 ungreased muffin cups.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 18–22 minutes.
- Sprinkle tops with shredded cheddar cheese; bake 2–4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
