grated parmesan cheese

Canola oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1-1/2-inch balls.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs in batches until no longer pink; drain.
Add these to spaghetti sauce and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
