Ingredients
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 cups soft bread cubes 1/4-inch pieces
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 Tbsp pepper
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 2 Tbsp Canola oil

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
- Shape into 1-1/2-inch balls.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs in batches until no longer pink; drain.
- Add these to spaghetti sauce and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
