Maple Bacon Muffins
cooked and crumbled
In a large bowl, combine flour, bacon, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, oil, and syrup until combined.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3-full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
