Instructions
  1. Using a small round cookie cutter, cut the centers of the biscuits out.
  2. Add about 1-1/2 inches of vegetable oil in a skillet and heat to 375 degrees.
  3. Carefully add the donuts (and donut holes!) to the oil, frying until golden brown on both sides. This will take about 2–4 minutes on the first side and 2 minutes on the second side.
  4. Remove the donuts and place onto a plate with a paper towel to soak up the excess oil.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, maple extract, and milk.
  6. Dip the donuts into the frosting one at a time and sprinkle with bacon pieces.
