Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked macaroni
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 4 oz Velveeta
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz very sharp cheddar cheese grated

Instructions
- Precook macaroni and set aside; do not rinse.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook, stirring for about 2 minutes.
- Add milk one-third at a time, stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.
- Whisk in dry mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Make sure all cheeses are at room temperature and add all at once. Stir until smooth,
- add cooked macaroni, and heat through. The cheese sauce will thicken as you reheat.
