Instructions
  1. Steam cauliflower pieces for approx. 10 minutes. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease an 8-x8-inch baking dish and spread cauliflower mixture into it evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes until fork-tender.
Recipe Notes

NOTES: As a side dish, this serves 4–5 easily. Add some cubed, cooked ham and you have a main dish for 4 people
