- 2 eggs
- 8 oz cottage cheese
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz package oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef cooked and drained
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs. Add cottage cheese and mozzarella; mix well. In a 15x19-inch baking dish layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat, noodles, sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layering. Cover tightly with a non-stick aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes to one hour until hot and bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
