Ingredients
- 2 12 oz tubes refrigerated biscuits buttermilk or flaky-style
- 3 cups garden-style spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
- 1/2 lb fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage cut into small cubes or crumbled
- 1 8 oz can mushroom stems and pieces drained
- 1/2 cup green pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 3/4 tsp dried basil
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
- Separate biscuits and cut each crosswise into fourths.
- Arrange in the bottom of a greased 9-x-13-inch baking pan. Do not flatten.
- Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 12–15 minutes or until biscuits begin to brown.
- Spread spaghetti (or pizza) sauce over biscuit crust. Sprinkle with sausage, mushrooms, green and red peppers, onion, herbs, and cheeses.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with fresh green salad and crusty bread if you wish.
