Italian Venison
This meat is great for sandwiches.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Cover venison with water, add all seasonings to water, and cover.
  2. Cook for approximately 5 hours at 250 degrees or until falling apart.
  3. Add more water, if needed, later during cooking.
  4. Slice or shred when done.
