Ingredients
- 3–4 lbs venison
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1-1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1-1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

Instructions
- Cover venison with water, add all seasonings to water, and cover.
- Cook for approximately 5 hours at 250 degrees or until falling apart.
- Add more water, if needed, later during cooking.
- Slice or shred when done.
