Remove the thin membrane covering the ribs, if still attached. Season ribs with your favorite all-purpose barbecue rub.
Place trivet in Instant Pot, add vegetable broth and seasoned ribs. Close lid with pressure vent closed, set to Meat/Stew. Let cook 25 minutes and the use the quick release method. Open lid, remove ribs, and cut into individual pieces.
Wrap one piece of bacon around each rib, securing each with a toothpick. Place on a greased foil tray on a medium-high heat grill. Grill for 15 minutes, turning the ribs every 5 minutes. Brush with barbeque sauce and cook an additional 5–10 minutes. Remove toothpicks and enjoy!
