Instructions
In a bowl, mix sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder; set aside. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla; add rhubarb and mix.
Combine dry ingredients with rhubarb mixture and mix well. Spread into a buttered 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
