Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- water
- 3-4 cups Cucumbers peeled and sliced
- 1 green pepper cleaned and slivered
- 1 large onion sliced in rings
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds

Instructions
- In a large pan, add salt and water, Mix cucumbers, green pepper, and onion, and let sit overnight. The next day, drain but do not rinse.
- Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and mustard seed together; mix well, until sugar is dissolved.
- Add cucumber slices, sliced onion, and slivered green pepper to the syrup.
- Store in a plastic container in refrigerator. Enjoy!
