Name: Homemade Irish Cream
Ingredients: 1 cup Irish whiskey (Jameson or other preferred brand); 1/3 cup white rum (Bacardi or other preferred brand); 1 pint heavy whipping cream ((about 2 cups, not whipped)); 1 can sweetened condensed milk; 3 eggs; 1 tsp vanilla; 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
If you would like a thicker drink, blend a little longer until you get the desired consistency.
Keep refrigerated.

Recipe Notes

Tip: Heavy whipping cream in the cardboard cartons usually have a much longer shelf life than those in the plastic bottles.
