Holiday Grasshoppers
  1. Mix together vanilla ice cream and whipped topping; add Crème de Cocoa and Crème de Menthe.
  2. Freeze until just soft enough to stir. When ready to eat, place in glasses and top each serving with crushed candy canes.
  3. As a garnish, add one small candy cane in or on the side of each glass or cup as an added treat.
