- 1 lb hamburger
- 1/2 onion chopped
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 14.5 oz cans beef broth
- 2 14.5 oz cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup uncooked noodles your preference
- Brown the hamburger with the onion, salt, and pepper. Drain fat.
- Add all ingredients together, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes; serve.
