- 2 qts rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 oz strawberry jello packet
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13-inch pan with rhubarb and sugar. Sprinkle jello and cake mix on top. Pour water over everything. Bake for 50–60 minutes.
