CROCKPOT CHICKEN STROGANOFF
An easy, tasty slow cooker chicken recipe as requested in the November 2020 issue of Wisconsin Energy Cooperative News
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
margarine or butter
7 oz. package
dry italian-style salad dressing mix
10.75 oz. can
condensed cream of chicken soup
Put chicken, margarine/butter, dressing mix, and mushrooms (if desired) in slow cooker, mix together and cook on low 5 to 6 hours. Add cream cheese and soup, mix together and cook on high for another half hour or until heated through and warm.
