Instructions
Place milk, tapioca, sugar, and salt in Crock-Pot; stir.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Beat eggs with vanilla. Stir in a little hot milk from the Crock-Pot to temper the eggs.
Add mixture to the Crock-Pot.
Stir well, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from Crock-Pot and chill.
