Crockpot Tapioca Pudding
  1. Place milk, tapioca, sugar, and salt in Crock-Pot; stir.
  2. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  3. Beat eggs with vanilla. Stir in a little hot milk from the Crock-Pot to temper the eggs.
  4. Add mixture to the Crock-Pot.
  5. Stir well, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from Crock-Pot and chill.
