Instructions
- Place milk, tapioca, sugar, and salt in Crock-Pot; stir.
- Cook on high for 3 hours.
- Beat eggs with vanilla. Stir in a little hot milk from the Crock-Pot to temper the eggs.
- Add mixture to the Crock-Pot.
- Stir well, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from Crock-Pot and chill.
