Ingredients
- 5 lbs beef roast
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup steak sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Place thawed roast and onion in slow cooker.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top.
- Cook on high for 1 hour, then continue on low for at least 6 additional hours.
- Remove roast and shred.
- Return to cooker and mix well.
- Cook on low for 45 minutes or until ready to serve.
