Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water *Optional - use liquid from canned mushrooms
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained

Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces; place in slow cooker.
- Combine salad mix, dried onions, garlic powder and water. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook 3 hours on low.
- Combine cream cheese and soup until blended. Stir in mushrooms and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook for 1 hour on low. Serve over pasta or rice.
