This recipe comes from a 1994 cookbook my neighbor gave me.

1 pint pineapple ice cream
1 quart ginger ale

1 pint pineapple ice cream
1 quart ginger ale

Instructions

Drop several spoonfuls of pineapple ice cream into tall glasses. Pour ginger ale over ice cream until glass is filled. Serve immediately.
