Ingredients

raw cranberries
1
medium orange
1/2
cup
chopped pecans
1/2
cup
sugar

medium celery stalks
chopped fine

large or 2 small boxes of strawberry gelatin
Instructions
In a food grinder with a medium blade, grind together cranberries and entire orange.
Add chopped pecans and celery.
Mix and add sugar (add more if you prefer it sweeter).
Let stand while preparing gelatin.
Prepare gelatin according to package instructions. Some of the cranberry juice can be substituted for liquid in the gelatin.
When thick, add the cranberry mixture. Stir to distribute evenly and place in gelatin mold until firm.
May be served with mayonnaise.
