Ingredients
- 2 oranges quartered but unpeeled
- 1 lb cranberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 3 oz pkgs raspberry or strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup celery chopped fine
- 1 cup nuts chopped fine

Instructions
- Run unpeeled oranges and cranberries through food processor. Add sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
- Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Place in refrigerator until it begins to set. Then mix in celery, nuts, and other ingredients.
- Chill in refrigerator until set and ready to serve.
