Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cranberries
- 1 seedless navel orange cut in half
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon gelatin
- 1 cup water boiling
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional

Instructions
- In a food processor, grind up the raw cranberries and navel orange with the rind into bite-sized pieces for the best results.
- Add gelatin to boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar and mix in until dissolved. Add the ground cranberries, orange, and rind and mix well.
- Pour all of this mixture into a medium glass bowl, and cool in refrigerator until it sets; approx. 2 hours.
- Add chopped walnuts, if desired.
Recipe Notes
Notes: If you don't have a food processor, you will need to chop the raw cranberries, orange, and rind into small pieces using a utility knife.
