Cranberry Relish
This cranberry relish was always served at our Thanksgiving meal and made by my late mother-in-law. Its one of my favorites that I serve now at our Thanksgiving meal.

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, grind up the raw cranberries and navel orange with the rind into bite-sized pieces for the best results.
  2. Add gelatin to boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add sugar and mix in until dissolved. Add the ground cranberries, orange, and rind and mix well.
  3. Pour all of this mixture into a medium glass bowl, and cool in refrigerator until it sets; approx. 2 hours.
  4. Add chopped walnuts, if desired.
Recipe Notes

Notes: If you don't have a food processor, you will need to chop the raw cranberries, orange, and rind into small pieces using a utility knife.
