Instructions
  1. Dissolve flavored gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water; chill until very thick.
  3. Cut orange into wedges and remove seeds.
  4. Put orange and cranberries through food chopper.
  5. Mix fruit and sugar; fold into gelatin.
  6. Pour into individual molds or a 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
  7. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
