Ingredients

orange, lemon, or strawberry gelatin

cup
boiling water
1/2
cup
cold water
1
small orange

cups
fresh cranberries

Tbsp
sugar
Instructions
Dissolve flavored gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water; chill until very thick.
Cut orange into wedges and remove seeds.
Put orange and cranberries through food chopper.
Mix fruit and sugar; fold into gelatin.
Pour into individual molds or a 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
Unmold on crisp lettuce. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
