Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg orange, lemon, or strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 small orange
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 3 Tbsp sugar

Instructions
- Dissolve flavored gelatin in boiling water.
- Add cold water; chill until very thick.
- Cut orange into wedges and remove seeds.
- Put orange and cranberries through food chopper.
- Mix fruit and sugar; fold into gelatin.
- Pour into individual molds or a 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
- Unmold on crisp lettuce. Makes about 3-1/2 cups.
