Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup Cointreau or orange juice or other orange liqueur
- 1 Tbsp sugar

Instructions
- Place berries and marmalade in food processor, pulse to mix and chop.
- Add liqueur or juice and sugar; pulse to mix.
- Let stand at room temperature for 12 hours, then refrigerate overnight.

*Option: add a peeled, cored, and sliced tart apple at step 1.
