Ingredients
- 2 eggs separated, yolks beaten
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups corn kernels
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- Add beaten egg yolks, flour, and seasonings to corn. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks are formed and fold into the corn mixture. Drop from a spoon into a frying pan with hot oil. Cook until well-browned on the bottom. Carefully turn and brown both sides. Serve hot with syrup or gravy.
