Instructions
Crust
- Cut butter (or mix by hands) into flour; add salt and mix well.
- Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Filling
- Put peaches in bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Let stand.
- Combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, egg, and vanilla. Fold in sour cream; stir in peaches.
- Pour mixture into crust and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Topping
- Combine sugar, butter, flour, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of pie.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 more minutes.
