Cole Slaw
  1. Cut garlic clove in half and rub inside of glass bowl. Add cabbage, vegetable oil, and onion; mix. Add salt, sugar, pepper, dill, parsley, and vinegar; mix well. The secret to this recipe is to coat the cabbage well with the oil before adding the remaining ingredients.
