Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  2. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  3. Beat mascarpone and melted chocolate in a medium bowl for 2 minutes.
  4. Pipe mascarpone mixture into phyllo shells.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles or cherries as desired.
  6. Refrigerate until serving.
