Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, mix water, rhubarb, and sugar; boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Take off heat, add cherry pie filling and let set for 30 minutes.
  3. Add cherry Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
  4. Put in jars and store in refrigerator or freezer.
  5. Makes 4 jars.
