Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and butter.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  4. Fold in sausage and cheese.
  5. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin pan 2/3 full.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 18–22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
