Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 lb pork sausage cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and butter.
- Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Fold in sausage and cheese.
- Fill greased or paper-lined muffin pan 2/3 full.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 18–22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
