Cake
  1. Sift flour and baking soda.
  2. Beat together eggs, oil, buttermilk, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well and add flour and baking soda mixture, cinnamon, salt, carrots, pineapple, coconut, and nuts until well blended.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured 9-x-13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
Orange Sauce
  1. Combine sugar and orange juice concentrate.
  2. Bring to a boil and pour over warm cake.
  3. Let sit at least 3 hours or overnight
