- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 slices bacon
- 6 boneless pork chops approx. 3/4-inch thick

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, and salt.
- Wrap two slices of bacon around each chop.
- Rub both sides of each bacon-wrapped chop with the brown sugar mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Broil an additional 5 minutes or until the bacon is crisp on top.
