Instructions
  1. Spray a 3-1/2 quart slow cooker insert (stoneware) with cooking spray and place the bread pieces inside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas and remaining ingredients; stir well.
  3. Pour banana mixture over the bread in the slow cooker. Make sure all of the bread is immersed in the mixture.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or until liquid is absorbed and bread pudding is set. Slice and enjoy.
  5. Top with sliced bananas and chopped walnuts, if desired. Finish with a generous drizzle of honey.
Recipe Notes

If using a large slow cooker, cooking time may be less.
